When can I pre-order the new Battito album?
From 10th to 19th June, you can pre-order the physical copy of your chosen Battito Infinito album, due for release on 16th September.
Why pre-order the album now?
By pre-ordering the album by 11:59 pm on June 19th, you will receive a passcode via e-mail. You can then use this passcode to access the exclusive pre-sale of the Battito Infinito World Tour and purchase tickets 48 hours before they go on general sale.
When will I receive the passcode to access the Battito Infinito World Tour pre-sale?
Those who pre-order by 11:59 pm on June 19th will receive an e-mail containing a passcode by 5:00 pm on June 20th (keep an eye out for this in both your inbox and spam folder).
What can I do with the passcode?
You can access the exclusive Battito Infinito World Tour pre-sale and purchase up to 6 tickets for the concert of your choice (for more information see WORLD TOUR FAQs).
If I pre-order more than one copy of the album, will I receive multiple passcodes?
No, only one passcode will be given for each pre-order, even if multiple products have been purchased.
When will I receive my album?
The album will be released on 16th September 2022 and from this date it will be sent to all those who have pre-ordered.

When does the Battito Infinito World Tour pre-sale begin?
The pre-sale will last for 48 hours starting at 10:00 on 21 June.
How can I access the Battito Infinito World Tour pre-sale?
By accessing the World Tour page, you can view the list of tour dates and choose the concert you wish to attend. By clicking the button to the right of the dates, you can access the pre-sale form and you will be asked to enter your passcode.
Can the passcode only be used once?
Yes, the passcode can only be used once to purchase up to 6 tickets for the concert of your choice
I pre-ordered the Battito Infinito album but there was no passcode in the order confirmation, why?
That's right. Your passcode will be sent to you in a separate email by 17:00 on 20th June.
When does the Battito Infinito World Tour general sale start?
The general sale will start at 10:00 on 23rd June.

When will I be able to purchase tickets for the Athens World Tour Premiere show?
Tickets for the Athens show will go on sale soon.
NOTES
The number of tickets reserved for pre-orders is limited and receiving a passcode does not guarantee the purchase of tickets.
Passcodes have no monetary value, cannot be sold and can only be used once.
